Travel Time: 23 miles from Los Angeles International Airport; travel time is approximately 50 minutes miles from Long Beach Airport; travel
time is approximately 20 minutes.

DIRECTIONS TO THE PORT:

Traveling from the Los Angeles area (north) -

Take the 710 Freeway south.
Continue on the 710 Freeway south and follow the signs for the Queen Mary.  
At the entrance to the Queen Mary, stay to the far right of the parking ticket taker for the Queen Mary; this lane is the entrance to the Long
Beach Cruise terminal.
Follow the signs for Passenger Parking and Luggage Drop-Off area.
Traveling from the San Diego area (south)

Take I-5 north.
Take the 405 Freeway north.
Take the 710 Freeway south.
Continue on the 710 Freeway south and follow the signs for the Queen Mary.
At the entrance to the Queen Mary, stay to the far right of the parking ticket taker for the Queen Mary; this lane is the entrance to the Long
Beach Cruise terminal.
Follow the signs for Passenger Parking and Luggage Drop-Off area.
PARKING: $15 per day (rates subject to change by Port Authority)

Is This Your Question?
"inside", "outside" or "balcony" cabin and what deck of the ship you'd like to be on.  Decide if you want "main" dining
(about 6 P.M.) or "late" seating (about 8:30 P.M.).
Have all necessary information ready, including full name and citizenship of passengers, address (for booking
confirmation statement and tickets), passenger ages, special instructions (dietary restrictions, medical requirements,
etc.) and credit card information (for deposit).  Call your Travel Agent
Passports -
If you are traveling outside of the United States, it is important for you to be aware of the passport and visa requirements
of each country you are visiting. Requirements vary by destination and citizenship of the traveler. In most cases, a
passport will be required to depart and return to the United States. The country you are visiting may also require you
acquire a visa prior to your departure. Make sure you get all the information you need well in advance of your trip.
Travelocity does advise that it is always best to bring your passport with you when traveling to a foreign country. Please
be advised that you will be denied boarding without proper identification and documentation.
Note: The Department of Homeland Security's Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative requires that all travelers entering or
re-entering the U.S. from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda carry a valid passport.
Travel between the U.S. and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) will not be affected.

Pending on the specific cruise line and length of the cruise, a deposit of $100 to $300 per person is generally required to
secure a cabin and lock-in your quoted cruise rate

Most Travel Agents charges a $35 per person fee if a passenger cancels after their initial deposit has been made. In
addition, the cruise line charges their own cancellation fees based on how close you are to your sailing date. Depending
on the specific cruise line and length of the cruise, penalties will be imposed by the cruise line if the cruise is cancelled
within 70 days of the sailing.  Call your travel agency for complete details on specific cruise line cancellation policies.
NO!  Only guest who purchased their cruise package through the California Gospel Cruise Ministries or Liz Elegant Travel
will be permitted into this event.
Embarkation Hours:

Los Angeles, CA - 1:30 P.M.

You must check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival at the Airport:
Guests who paid transfer charges to and from cruise line will be met by the Meet & Greet Staff either at the Baggage
Claim area or just beyond the security check point area, depending on the airport.
Guests will be led to the Baggage Claim area where he/she will claim their own luggage.  
The Meet & Greet Staff will lead guests (with their luggage) to the awaiting motor coaches once enough guests have
arrived for the motor coach to leave at full capacity.  

Arrival at the Cruise Terminal:
Upon arrival at the terminal, guests will debark the motor coach and claim their luggage. Guests will then give the
luggage to the Porter; the customary tip for this service is $1.00 per bag.
Guests will proceed into the cruise terminal for Check-In.

Guests Arriving at the Cruise Terminal by Private Car
Arrival at the Cruise Terminal:
Guests will follow the directions to the Port and pass through Port Authority Security. Guests will be asked to show Proof
of I.D. and Cruise Documents.

Guests will drop off their luggage at the Baggage Drop-Off area and give the luggage to the Porter; the customary tip for
this service is $1.00 per bag.  Guests will park their car in the designated parking area and walk back to the terminal;
depending on the distance, some cruise terminals have a complimentary shuttle from the parking area to the terminal.  

Guest will proceed into the cruise terminal for Check-In.

The Embarkation Check-In Procedure
Guests will pass through the X-ray Security Machines with their carry-on bags. Luggage larger than 24" x 16" will not be
permitted through the security machine and must be checked-in with a curbside porter.

Guests will proceed to the Check-In area. The embarkation process will include submitting cruise documents, showing
proof of travel documentation and issuing a credit card (if applicable) for their Sail & Sign Account.

All guests must activate his/her Sail & Sign Account with a credit card (Amex, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard - No Gift
Cards) or opt to pay with cash. The credit card must be present at embarkation and the cash is deposited on board at the
Information/Purser’s Desk.  
Each guest will be issued a Sail & Sign card, which is used to (1) charge on their Sail & Sign Account, (2) access their
Stateroom Key and (3) get on/off the ship.   

The Security Personnel will take guest’s boarding card and with the A-Pass System, will embed a full color, digital
photograph together with personal database information directly onto the boarding card.
Guests at this time may proceed on board for their cruise.  

If you have booked 16 or more cabins on the same cruise, you will be entitled to two additional passenger’s cruse fare
(minus port taxes, fees and airfare, if included). For example, if you booked 29 cabins on a cruise for your family or
organization, your rebate would be equal to the cruise fare for 3 passengers (1 for every 8 cabins booked).
Make sure those traveling in your group put down your name or the group's name in the "Referred By" section on your
registration form.
No.  Children pay the same price regardless of age.  Infants must be at least four (4) months old to be eligible to travel, due to their
vulnerable health. This is a company policy which takes into consideration the safety and comfort of the infant as well as the other
guests. This cruise line has fully researched the legality of the policy and it is not discriminatory and does not violate any applicable
law. Carnival will not make exceptions and do not allow for the signing of waivers or releases to make an exception to the policy.
